Job Requirements
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent preferred
- Previous related experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
- Ability to operate cash registers
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitary work areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Experience in food preparation preferred
- Experience in sanitation and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned which can differ among accounts based on business necessities and client requirements
