Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous related experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to operate cash registers
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- Previous experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash register handling cash/credit card/electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
