Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
- ability to operate cash register and handle transactions
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications

- previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
