Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to handle cash register operations accurately
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards
availability to work morning shifts with varying days
ability to work full-time or part-time
capability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
reliable
previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers and take their orders
mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
record all sales and operate the cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and food preparation areas
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
