Job Requirements
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- Ability to operate cash register and handle payments accurately
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible morning shifts and rotating weekends
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to work mornings with varying schedules and rotating weekends
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work on time and maintain regular attendance
- Perform other assigned duties based on business needs and client requirements
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and glistening
