- previous related experience preferred
- ability to work weekday morning shifts
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- ability to operate cash registers and handle payments securely
- commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable and punctual
- experience in customer service
- experience in food preparation and sanitation
- inventory control knowledge preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers
- take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee
- espresso
- cappuccino
- café latte
- tea
- chai
- fruit blend drinks
- record all sales
- collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
