Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous related experience preferred
- Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work mornings on varying days as scheduled
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Availability for full-time or part-time employment
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in food preparation
- Knowledge of sanitation and inventory control
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales transactions and operate cash register
- Collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant and preparation areas, and restrooms
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned according to business necessities and client requirements
