Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Reliable and able to maintain a healthy and safe work environment
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Experience in food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control is an advantage
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash registers handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
