Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous related experience preferred
Ability to operate cash register
Effective communication skills
Team-oriented and reliable
Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Availability to work morning shifts with varying days
Must adhere to scheduled shift times with regular attendance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Adaptability to varying work schedules
Starbucks Barista certification may be required in some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
Record all sales and operate cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
Clean coffee machines, preparation areas, restrooms, and restaurant spaces
Attend scheduled shifts on time and with satisfactory regularity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
Perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements and business needs
