Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous related customer service or food service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and handle money accurately
- availability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable and promotes a healthy and safe working environment
- previous experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate cash registers
- collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned according to business necessities and client requirements
