The Barista II position at Sodexo is more than just making coffee – it is about creating meaningful experiences and championing fair-trade products. As a Barista II, you will showcase your skills by preparing high-quality hand-crafted beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks. Your role includes greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude, taking orders accurately, and operating cash registers to process payments efficiently. Maintaining the cleanliness of coffee machines, preparation areas, and restrooms is essential to ensure a pleasant and sanitary environment for both customers and staff. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekdays only during specific shifts
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable

- Previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
