The Barista II position at Sodexo is more than just making coffee – it is about creating meaningful experiences and championing fair-trade products. As a Barista II, you will showcase your skills by preparing high-quality hand-crafted beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks. Your role includes greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude, taking orders accurately, and operating cash registers to process payments efficiently. Maintaining the cleanliness of coffee machines, preparation areas, and restrooms is essential to ensure a pleasant and sanitary environment for both customers and staff. This position is scheduled for weekdays only, with specific shifts to be discussed during the interview process, making it ideal for those seeking consistent weekday work. Additionally, you are expected to attend work punctually and reliably, demonstrating commitment to the team and operational excellence.
