Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating registers
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Starbucks Barista certification if required at location

- Previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation and inventory control preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned which may differ depending on client requirements
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Maintain friendly and professional interaction with customers
