Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous related experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible, varying shifts including days and hours
- Open availability preferred
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Strong communication skills
- Capable of maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in food preparation and sanitation
- Ability to operate cash register
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Adaptable to varying work schedules
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages
- Operate cash register, record all sales, collect payment
- Clean coffee machines, preparation areas, restrooms, and restaurant spaces
- Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas
- Adapt to assigned duties based on client and business needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
