Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or customer service roles preferred
- ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- basic math skills for cash handling
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- willingness to undergo training and certification as needed
Job Qualifications
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable with a strong work ethic
- knowledgeable about food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control
- previous related experience in customer service preferred
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate a cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
