Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a barista or in a cafe setting preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment
- effective customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and food items in Coach Coffee Shops
- take customer orders and recommend drinks or food items
- operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens following recipe standards
- maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
- engage guests with warmth and authenticity to create a memorable experience
- meet individual and store sales goals through upselling and customization
- support visual merchandising and floor set standards
- collaborate with team members to solve problems and ensure seamless guest service
