Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a barista or in café service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math competency
- Ability to operate coffee machines and food service equipment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and food items in Coach Coffee Shops
- Take customer orders and recommend drinks or food items
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and ovens following recipe standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation in the workplace
- Support visual merchandising and floor set standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experience
- Meet individual and store sales goals by promoting products and customization options
