Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain Starbucks Barista Certification within 30 days of employment
- Basic cash handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders for beverages and food items
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, chai, and fruit blends according to customer specifications
- Maintain good customer relations and ensure speedy delivery of all orders
- Arrange and replenish coffee bar supplies and maintain a clean, neat, and sanitary bar area
- Operate cash registers and process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately
- Attend allergy, foodborne illness, and safety training sessions
- Participate in regular safety meetings and hazard assessments
- Receive inventory and assist with moving and lifting foodstuffs and supplies
- Comply with all company safety, environmental, and infection control policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
