Job Requirements
- successful completion of high school or equivalent preferred
- ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- basic math skills to handle cash transactions
- ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
- willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- team-oriented and adaptable
- reliable and promotes a healthy, safe working environment
- no previous work experience required but preferred
- may require Starbucks Barista certification at some locations
Job Duties
- greet customers and take orders
- mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- record all sales and operate cash register
- collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
