- Ability to work mornings on varying days
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Capacity to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash and electronic payment systems
- Willingness to perform tasks as assigned based on client needs and business demands
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a barista or in customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability and reliability in a fast-paced setting
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate a cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
