Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months in customer service setting
- Cleveland County Food Handlers Permit obtained before beginning work
- Ability to correctly count money
- Ability to troubleshoot on the POS system

- Ability to correctly count money and troubleshoot on the POS system
Job Duties
- Provide high quality customer service and develop relationships with customers
- Prepare consistent drinks according to Starbucks recipes and standards
- Prepare food products for serving
- Receive and prepare food items for resale and ensure cases and shelves are properly stocked
- Maintain a clean work environment following opening and closing procedure checklists
- Follow Health Department guidelines and store cleaning policies
- Accurately charge for products and follow proper cash handling procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer or transaction issues
- Suggest innovative ways to reduce loss and waste and increase profitability
- Troubleshoot issues that arise throughout the workday and communicate results with Supervisor as necessary
