Job Requirements
- Open availability with ability to work varying shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and adaptable to varying shifts and business needs
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines and all work areas including restaurant, restrooms, and preparation areas
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
