Job Requirements
- Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register
- Ability to read and speak English sufficient to understand menus and special promotions and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to multi-task and self-motivate during slow periods

- Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Starbucks beverage preparation standards
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages consistently for all customers, preparing Starbucks beverages to standard
- Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products
- Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area
- Comply with accounting guidelines regarding receipt of payments, cash drawer and house bank management
- Take orders and make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications
