Job Duties
- Learn and have complete knowledge and understanding of the coffee menu and food choices
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink and food menu
- Answer questions regarding coffee and food selections
- Keep work area and customer area clear of cluttered dishes, glasses and garbage
- Obtain proper coffee knowledge to appropriately assist guests
- Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies
- Keep equipment running by following operating instructions, maintaining supplies and equipment cleanliness
- Leave a positive impression on customers to ensure return visits and potential word of mouth promotion
