Basic math skills including addition, subtraction and counting back change

Job Duties

Learn and have complete knowledge and understanding of the coffee menu and food choices
Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink and food menu
Answer questions related to menu items
Keep work area and customer area clear of cluttered dishes, glasses and garbage
Obtain proper coffee knowledge to appropriately assist guests
Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment and maintaining supplies
Keep equipment running by following operating instructions, maintaining cleanliness and supplies
Leave a positive impression on customers to ensure a return venture and potential word of mouth promotion
