- Basic math skills, able to add, subtract and count back change to customers

- Ability to learn and explain coffee and food menu items
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
Job Duties
- Learn and have complete knowledge and understanding of the coffee menu and food choices
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink and food menu
- Answer questions related to coffee and food selections
- Keep work area and customer area clear of cluttered dishes, glasses and garbage
- Obtain proper coffee knowledge to appropriately assist our guests
- Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply
- Stock coffee brewing equipment
- Maintain supplies
- Keep equipment running by following operating instructions
- Maintain equipment cleanliness
- Leave a positive impression on the customers to ensure a return venture and potential word of mouth promotion
