Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Ability to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of barista experience in a customer driven environment
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Current Food & Beverage Tips and ServSafe certifications
Job Duties
- Serving guests in Morsel’s coffee shop
- Answering guest questions about menu items
- Brewing gourmet coffee and other specialty beverages
- Up-selling and suggestive selling of items
- Accurately processing transactions and maintaining a balanced bank
