- Ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team

Job Duties
- Greets, prepares, services, and takes guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Upsells additional items to enhance profitability
- Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
- Maintains inventory of coffee, tea, and food supplies
- Collaborates with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Provides excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly
