Job Requirements
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and exert fast paced mobility for periods of 5 hours or more with a high energy level
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move 30 pounds
- Closed toe, non-canvas and non-skid soled shoes required
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain Food Handlers and TABC license
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Must wear complete uniform as per company policy

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a welcoming manner
- Prepare beverages according to recipes to maintain consistency
- Serve coffee, other beverages, ice cream, pastries
- Sell marketplace merchandise
- Operate a POS (TOAST) system
- Responsible cash handling
- Memorize menu and recommend items to guests
- Take customer orders and pay close attention to details and customizations
- Maintain high energy and positive attitude
- Handle all guest service issues in an immediate and gracious manner
- Respond promptly and appropriately to guest service issues and report the situation to the Restaurant Manager on Duty
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and surrounding areas
- Maintain stock of cups, utensils and ingredients
- Wear required uniform and meet company grooming/dress policies
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner with awareness that all actions and communications are within guest view
- Maintain communication and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors
- Adhere to all company/department procedures, policies, expectations and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
