Job Requirements

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and exert fast paced mobility for periods of 5 hours or more with a high energy level
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move 30 pounds
  • Closed toe, non-canvas and non-skid soled shoes required
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to obtain Food Handlers and TABC license
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Must wear complete uniform as per company policy

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a welcoming manner
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes to maintain consistency
  • Serve coffee, other beverages, ice cream, pastries
  • Sell marketplace merchandise
  • Operate a POS (TOAST) system
  • Responsible cash handling
  • Memorize menu and recommend items to guests
  • Take customer orders and pay close attention to details and customizations
  • Maintain high energy and positive attitude
  • Handle all guest service issues in an immediate and gracious manner
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to guest service issues and report the situation to the Restaurant Manager on Duty
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation and surrounding areas
  • Maintain stock of cups, utensils and ingredients
  • Wear required uniform and meet company grooming/dress policies
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner with awareness that all actions and communications are within guest view
  • Maintain communication and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors
  • Adhere to all company/department procedures, policies, expectations and quality standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
