Job Requirements
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Previous food and beverage work experience of at least one year
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in California
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Open availability with earliest start time of 5am and latest end time of 12am
- Union position with shifts assigned based on seniority scheduling
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Minimum of one year previous experience working in food and beverage
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the state of California
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency
- Strong quality, productivity, dependability, customer focus and adaptability
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Upsell additional items to enhance profitability
- Brew, sell, promote and prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards
- Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Maintains cleanliness of work area/outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
- Requisition, stock and rotate products
- Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
- Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
