Job Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience
- minimum of one year previous experience working in food and beverage
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in California
- flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to work opening, mid and closing shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale

Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- upsell additional items to enhance profitability
- brew, sell, promote and prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards
- take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
- requisition, stock and rotate products
- secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
- deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
