Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Minimum of one year previous experience working in Food & Beverage
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages in California
- Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to adhere to union shift scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Physical ability to handle food and beverage preparation tasks
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Job Qualifications

- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the state of California
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash accurately
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Upsell additional items to enhance profitability
- Brew, sell, promote and prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards
- Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including handling money and processing credit and debit cards
- Requisition, stock and rotate products
- Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
- Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
