Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year customer service experience
  • Minimum of one year previous experience working in Food & Beverage
  • Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages in California
  • Ability to work open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to adhere to union shift scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Physical ability to handle food and beverage preparation tasks
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year customer service experience
  • Minimum of one year previous experience working in Food & Beverage
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the state of California
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash accurately

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Upsell additional items to enhance profitability
  • Brew, sell, promote and prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and standards
  • Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
  • Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including handling money and processing credit and debit cards
  • Requisition, stock and rotate products
  • Secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
  • Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
