Job Duties
- Use the cash register to ring orders
- Provide quality hand-crafted beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Interact with all customers in a friendly and fast manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the store including wiping tables, sweeping floors, disposing of garbage, maintaining cleanliness in public restrooms
- Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety measures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Complete other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs
