- restaurant/coffee shop experience strongly preferred
- previous customer service experience is strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Uses the cash register to ring orders
- provide quality hand-crafted beverages, whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- interacts with all customers in a friendly/fast manner
- ensures the cleanliness and smooth operation of the store (wipes tables, sweeps floors, throws garbage away, and straightens out tables, maintains cleanliness in public restrooms: clean mirror and sink, sweep, stock soap, hand towels, and toilet paper)
- follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
- maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed
- follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team
- maintains regular and punctual attendance
- completes other tasks and duties as assigned based on business needs
