- Minimum of six months of customer service experience as a Barista
- open availability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

- ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- open availability to work a flexible schedule including early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays with no restrictions
- ability to effectively communicate in English with guests and team members
- ability to work a full shift of eight hours while walking and standing
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- promote and document orders
- make and/or present drinks using standard ingredients/recipes and practicing prudent portion control
- input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest, maintaining accountability for all beverages served
- receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance all transactions
- maintain proper and adequate set-up of the coffee bar on a daily basis, including requisitioning, stocking and rotating all products needed
- respond to guest complaints in a positive and tactful manner, negotiate a compromise and implement solution
- lock up and store all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
