Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior barista or food service experience preferred
- availability to work night hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- good communication skills
- ability to follow recipes and safety standards
- dependable and punctual

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
- maintain a cheerful, courteous disposition and professional appearance
- prepare quality beverages and food products by following recipes and presentation standards
- take guest orders efficiently and accurately
- ring up orders correctly and promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
- respond to guest questions and provide excellent customer service
