Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending reaching lifting up to 15 lbs occasionally lifting 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to attend mandatory meetings and training
- Ability to move freely and quickly around the store
- Availability for evening weekend and holiday shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or coffee service
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience in customer service
- Basic math and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean windows floors bathrooms and empty trash containers
- Stock shelves and coolers
- Sweep and mop floors
- Check product deliveries from vendors
- Communicate effectively with associates and guests
- Work weekend evening shifts and holidays
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
