Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to attend mandatory meetings including team and harassment training
- Physical ability to frequently bend, reach, and lift items up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- Commitment to provide excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Passion for creating espresso drinks
- Experience in food preparation or coffee service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and moving quickly
- Availability to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
