Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to attend mandatory meetings
- Physical capability to frequently bend, reach, lift 1 to 15 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to move quickly around store and access all areas
- Willingness to work weekend, evening shifts and holidays
- Must adhere to CDC guidelines for workplace safety
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
- Experience in food service or related industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Management experience is a plus but not required
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
