Job Duties
- Providing personalized service to all guests
- Wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
- Removing trash
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Resolving different types of complaints from customers or addressing them to the restaurant manager
- Tabulating data regarding bills, total amounts, expenses in cash registers or recording them in computers
- Informing customers about modes of payment available
- Stocking shelves and keeping a note of stock that are about to finish
- Handling money, currencies, and coins accurately
- Maintaining records regarding transactions on computers
