Job Requirements
- Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Must comply with Hyatt’s grooming and appearance standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standards
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly manner
- Take and fulfill guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Juniper Breeze café area
- Stock supplies and manage inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
