Job Requirements

  • Food service experience required
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
  • Availability to work shifts from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Must be able to work every other weekend
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Ability to handle cash and electronic transactions
  • Must comply with background screening if required

Job Qualifications

  • Food service experience
  • Ability to follow HACCP guidelines
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate POS systems accurately
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
  • Enter orders accurately into POS device
  • Accept cash and charge payments
  • Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
  • Follow HACCP standards and maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
  • Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
  • Use selling techniques to assist customers in decision-making process
  • Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
  • Serve food neatly and attractively per standard
  • Perform other duties as assigned
