Job Requirements
- Food service experience required
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
- Availability to work shifts from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle cash and electronic transactions
- Must comply with background screening if required
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience
- Ability to follow HACCP guidelines
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device
- Accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- Follow HACCP standards and maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines
- Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
- Use selling techniques to assist customers in decision-making process
- Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- Serve food neatly and attractively per standard
- Perform other duties as assigned
