Job Requirements
- ServSafe certification
- ability to work full-time Monday to Friday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
- reliable and punctual
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- good physical stamina
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- familiarity with POS systems
- knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- follow HACCP standards
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving work area
- greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
- serve customers quickly and efficiently
- demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them
- serve as an advocate of selling techniques to customers by establishing good communication and assisting in buying decisions
- ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- serve food neatly and attractively per standard
- perform other duties as assigned
