Job Requirements
- Two years of prior barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday with scheduled hours
- Capability to adhere to HACCP food safety guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact courteously with customers
- Ability to operate POS devices and handle cash transactions
- Must be able to maintain workstation cleanliness and equipment sanitation
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and prepare food and beverages accurately
Job Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso drink preparation
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- Ability to work full-time schedule including early morning hours
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders and coffee drinks using standard measures and recipes
- Enters orders accurately into POS device
- accepts cash and charge payments
- Replenishes condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Serves customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays in service lines
- Demonstrates knowledge of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers
- Serves as an advocate of selling techniques by establishing good communication and assisting in buying decisions
- Maintains attractive merchandising of display foods and serves food neatly per standards
- Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- Performs other duties as assigned
