- Prior barista experience required
- availability to work full time Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
- adherence to company safety and sanitation standards
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Prior barista experience
- ability to prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks according to recipes
- knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines
- proficient with POS systems
- strong customer service skills
- effective communication abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments
- replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
