Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of barista or related food service experience preferred
- availability to work full time Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
- ability to handle cash and operate POS devices
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to comply with health regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- One year of barista experience preferred
- previous food service and/or customer service experience a plus
- ability to operate POS systems
- knowledge of HACCP food safety standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work full time Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enters orders accurately into POS device
- accepts cash and charge payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures according to HACCP standards
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area
- greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction
- serves customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays in serving lines
- demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers
- serves as an advocate of selling techniques by assisting in customer buying decisions
- ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly
- performs other duties as assigned
