Job Requirements
- 6+ months previous food & beverage experience, ideally in a similar environment
- must have previous cash handling/credit card transactions experience
- previous barista work experience strongly preferred
- must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operation needs
- prior knowledge of a generic pos system

Job Duties
- Provides quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- performs cashier functions ringing up purchased items
- ensures accuracy in balancing cash, credit card, and room charge transactions
- maintains cash drawer and cash stabilizing at end of shift according to established departmental procedures
- maintains condiment bar, coffee cadence, and stock levels in production areas
- including stock levels and cleanliness for cups, sleeves, ice, espresso beans, and brewed coffee
- maintains cafe’s cleanliness by maintaining a clean and organized workspace so that staff can locate resources and products as needed and emptying any necessary garbage
- ensures all food items are stored accurately according to health standards
- delivers room service orders in a timely manner
