Job Requirements
- Prior barista and food service experience required
- ability to work full-time schedule including weekends
- must maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- ability to handle cash and charge transactions accurately
- must communicate courteously and professionally with customers and coworkers
- able to follow food safety and HACCP regulations
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Prior barista experience
- prior food service experience
- ability to operate POS devices accurately
- knowledge of HACCP guidelines and food safety standards
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- attention to detail in food preparation and cleanliness
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enters orders accurately into POS device
- accepts cash and charge payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- follows HACCP standards
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
- relays customer concerns to supervisors
- serves customers quickly and efficiently
- demonstrates understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers
- advocates selling techniques by establishing good communication with customers
- ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly
- performs other duties as assigned
