Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous barista or related food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of handling food safely according to HACCP guidelines
- availability to work full time including early morning shifts
- ability to operate POS systems
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to comply with company drug-free workplace policies

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device and accept payments
- replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- maintain sanitation of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- use approved recipes and production standards for food preparation
- keep display equipment clean and free of debris during service
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving
- greet customers courteously and address concerns
- serve customers quickly and efficiently to avoid delays
- explain daily menu items accurately to customers
- use good communication to assist customers in buying decisions
- ensure all display foods are attractively merchandised and served
- perform other duties as assigned
