Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience as a barista, cafe attendant, or in a guest-facing food and beverage role preferred
- Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso, and specialty beverage preparation
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with a positive, approachable attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and presentation
- Cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience preferred
- Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and engaging service while taking guest orders and answering menu questions
- Accurately handle guest transactions, including cash, credit, and room charges
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines, counters, and equipment
- Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies, notifying leadership when restock is needed
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with stocking, rotating, and maintaining par levels of supplies
- Support overall Food & Beverage operations when needed, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Uphold Hotel Forty Five and Mainsail Lodging service standards with professionalism and hospitality
