Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Full availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to operate a POS system
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • Must obtain OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card by first day of employment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
  • Must have full availability, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings on weekdays, weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), and holidays
  • Familiarity with operating a Point of Sale (POS) system is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages and customer experiences
  • Ability to lift/push/pull a moderate amount of weight
  • Must obtain an OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card by first day of employment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks, according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate and manage sales on a Point of Sale (POS) system, handling transactions for beverages, retail, and pre-packaged foods
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including brewing equipment, counters, and seating areas
  • Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, syrups, and cups, as needed to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
  • Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff
